Your entire world goes into madness as the unsettling and dangerous Mist covers Shin Mikado Academy. To save your friends, you enter the Otherworld that is filled with Daemons that is far from the world. The Otherworld is a mysterious place it is necessary to harness Your Authority of Vanity and conjure one of your Fiends with power that comes from an Ego of their leader.

Enhance your Ego through various psychological tests to increase the strength of your Fiends, and lead your forces into battle and to defeat Seven “Pactbearers” that are corrupting the school.
