Crossbell is the site of a constant territorial struggle in the region between two nations, the Erebonian Empire and Republic of Calvard, Crossbell has developed into a prosperous city-state and one of the top continent-wide economically-driven centers.
After three long years from his hometown, Lloyd Bannings returns in an effort to follow in the footsteps of his deceased brother’s steps and join an organization called the Crossbell Police Department. When he arrives, he discovers that he has been assigned to the Special Support Section. This is a section that handles little and odd-looking requests. The new team he’s assigned to includes Elie MacDowell (granddaughter of the mayor); Randy Orlando (ex-soldier who has been a womanizer) as well as Tio Plato (young technological genius).
Lloyd and his colleagues continue their fight for a better city, even if the department they work for is criticized by the media. When they are doing this, however they gradually come in contact with the criminal corruption gripping the city. They don’t realize how far the shadows surrounding Crossbell City go…
